I am humbled & grateful to Heaven, the Angels, the Ancestors, the Six Directions, Grandfather Sun, Grandmother Moon, Mother Earth, for their ever-presence and for guiding my heart’s vision.  My company is named “Out of my Hands”, as my creative flow is truly gifted from Heaven’s Hands, through mine. I honor my family & friends who have gently held my heart in theirs, taught me many needed lessons & held space for the journey to flourish…I am here for you…

My Journey with the Divine Feminine…

Most people call me “Jewelry Lady” (Dama de la Joyeria), because I was born to infuse Women’s Wellness Journeys with Jewelry. As a lightworker in woman (womb-am) form, my designs are dedicated to celebrating the integral connection of all women, and to bringing more healing lovelight into this world.

Work begins in my studio by asking permission to be the vessel. Divine allowance transmutes my passion into ethereal designs that raise vibrations. By merging lovelight, decades of advocacy and a lifetime of design experience-luminous adornments materialize. Components are hand cut, filed, soldered, shaped, hammered and polished. My methods may seem archaic, but less use of machinery & more use of my hands allows me to intuitively ease into another realm. For me, that is the moment true art comes alive.

Shining the Light

It began at four years old. I took my mother’s jewelry apart & tried to put it back together.  For decades, I continually explored all facets of jewelry making & extended my studies to an MSW.  After working with families for 25 years, I transitioned to a full time artist – creating collections for Denver Art Museum, Taos Art Museum, Kirkland Museum & numerous galleries & boutiques. 5280 awarded me Editor’s Choice, Top Local Jewelry Designer.

I developed a 21-credit jewelry curriculum for the Community College of Aurora & taught there for five years. Women felt empowered to express their authentic soul.  Their shift within (from Above) dissipated anxiety & wounds of grief & abuse.  Art’s Divine restoration invites feelings of worthiness & calm. While at CCA, I also taught & designed for the Women’s Bean Project, Emily Griffith, Foothills Art Center, Arvada Center, Nomad Beads and several other venues.  Teaching led to my becoming a Brighton Healing Arts & Culture Symposium Panelist & Women as Leaders, Women as Healers presenter. I spoke about cutting-edge revitalizations that were guided through me (not of me) and about the inexplicable flow and healing women described experiencing.

After receiving my Colorado Certification in Visual & Design Arts, I began developing Wellness through Jewelry Women’s Retreats. These havens celebrated ancient & contemporary, creative, therapeutic ceremonies. Creating adornments of courage & prayer amidst connectivity & light, birthed profound awakenings.Ladies shone, like our great grandmothers who beaded & quilted & spun yarn. COVID sadly paused these sanctuaries.

While today’s gatherings are evolving, the jewelry you wear at home can still reflect loving intent – conducive to immersion with gentle, feminine wisdom. Cleanse pieces in moonlight that may be steeped in blame, shame, guilt, fear or ancestral trauma. Or tuck those pieces away… Bejeweling with purpose is an intimate miracle of nourishment.  Intentional crystals reawaken ageless earth wisdom within because crystals reside in Mother Earth’s womb. Her subtle invitation whispers to you and manifests grounding protection.

Call to Sacred Unity…

For the women who’ve gone before, women of today and women yet to come, we strive. Feminine energy ricochets as we unify with all that is rooted in the Highest Good.  We give ourselves permission to shine, for this act of strength nourishes the whole. I am called to create far beyond what I can manifest in solitude – called to contribute art as medicine, an unconditional gift for all. Unprecedented times manifest unparalleled ideas. Pre-COVID, I partnered with National Jewish, Cancer League, Catholic Charities, Denver Hospice, Lutheran Medical, Center, etc. Please reach out, as I welcome new collaborations.

With reverence, muchas gracias, blessed be…
